Elementary School Principal Grades Preschool - Fifth. The Principal of the Howard Elementary School is responsible for overseeing the planning and implementation of the school's instructional program, as well as managing the building's operations. This role includes providing leadership in curriculum development, supervising instructional staff, and evaluating the effectiveness of the school's educational programs. The Principal will support teachers in managing student behavior. Additionally, the Principal will coordinate special services, maintain student records, and administer federal programs at the school level. The Principal will ensure adherence to the school budget, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively to support teaching and learning. This position requires active involvement with both students and staff to foster a safe, supportive, and effective learning environment.
