About

The Howard School District wants every student to succeed academically, socially and occupationally.  We provide services to support the instruction of K-12 students so they will be confident of their ability to learn, work, and relate to others.

We assist students with developing skills to make lifelong educational choices and career decisions.  We also help students develop relationship skills and gain an understanding of self and others.

Counseling services are available at the high school and elementary school through Community Counseling Services and Rising Hope 605.  Counselors are on site three days per week at the high school and two afternoons per week at the elementary school.  Contact the Student Advocate if you would like information or if you would like to talk with a counselor.

The Student Advocate is available to meet with any student on a walk-in or appointment basis.
